Always Be Yourself

be you

Always Be Yourself.
There Is Nothing Else You Can Be.

How can you not be yourself? How can you be something else than what you are? It does not matter how long you take, you eventually come to live what you are in your core – you only can be you as otherwise, who else would you be?

How to Always Be Yourself?

Realize living as your true you is the only way to experience a fulfilling life.

Does not matter what environment or group, you do not need to fit in. Trying to be accepted will not bring positive and lasting results to you. You end up neglecting the true ingredients of you.

You do not need to conform to other people’s beliefs and wants. You become a pretender of something or someone that is not you. Any compliance with others’ ways cannot bring satisfaction to you.

Speak your truth with confidence and leave no doubt what your truth and values are.

While expressing yourself be direct but thoughtful and gentle. There is no need to force your truth on others.

By staying truly you in all situations you set yourself free to experience a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Namaste.

Find Your True Self

Find Your True Self –
Y
ou Are That You Are Looking For.

Finding the true you is a lifetime process that will become an enlightening experience for you. It is about understanding the whats, wheres and whys of your life, understanding your preferences and passions – discovering your true self that enables you to live satisfying and fulfilling life.

How Do You Find the True You?

Resolve to be you. You will lose some and gain others, and that is fine.

Realise what your preferences, values, and likes are.

Recognise your talents and strengths, your weaknesses and limitations.

Appreciate your characteristics and qualities.

Enjoy your new found interests and passions.

Stay true to you instead of expecting a nod of approval from others.

Keep living your truth and continue down the path of discovery of your best and true self.

Be guided by your heart, as then you always think and act true to yourself.

Since the beginning of times, you have always been looking for ‘something’. That something is YOU that sent you here, that is always linked to you and is communicating with you. Listen to that voice within, as you have a forever-helper and a camaraderie that cannot be broken.

Namaste, Helena

Listen To Your Inner Guidance

When the road 2

One of my quotes “When the Road Is Straight, Do Not Look for a Detour” from a new book I am working on prompted me to write about listening to one’s inner guidance:

Learn to listen to your inner guidance, as when you are unclear about your direction you cannot see “the straight road”. You believe the road cannot be straight as that would be too easy; that the straight road is blocked and avoiding it is the best you can do.

Know that life will offer you many detours, and at the end, you will encounter the straight road again. You can worry and complain while on a detour or you can perceive it as an opportunity for change and transformation.

Trust you eventually get back on a straight road. Let go of your worries and disappointments and summon your courage to learn from your life experiences during what you think are confusing detours. When you embrace them, you are bound to encounter aha moments and revelations and become clearer about your life path.

When I say do not look for a detour, it does not mean you cannot enjoy or choose your detours. At times, that is where you need to linger. However, do not avoid the straight road because of your fears or lack of confidence. Wean yourself from looking for roundabouts. Know that the straight road always exists for you to take and enjoy. Recognise the signs that beckon to you: Use me; I am the straight road for your take.

Namaste.

Living From Our Hearts

red rose 2This post has been featured at The Wellness Universe today. You can read it at Today’s Feature Post, and comment there or you can read and comment here, at my site. May you have a glorious day! Helena Kalivoda

Actions that stem purely from the mind are interpretations of reality that is qualified by our opinions. When we rely only on our intellectual impulses, our lives are not as unfurled as if we were first to consult with our hearts.

Living from Our Hearts Is the Most Important Calling of Our Lives

That which is off balance, either lacking or in excess, is the result of our suppressed hearts, our hearts not being a leading force. Bring your heart into all your actions. Put your heart first. Your heart will show you the way.

Examine recent events in your life and determine how much your heart participated. Was it engaged or not? Was it at the forefront or not? Answer honestly and you will discover the way onto the path of self-liberation and unravel the influences of excess or lack of any kind – self-esteem, money, relationships…

Can We Do It?

May we all be winners by consulting our hearts! May we be the ones to start with kindness to ourselves, spreading the kindness to our surroundings. Becoming like a feather, light, but strong to function; smooth, soft, and powerful.

Can we do it? We can, as that is our real nature. See for yourself. How does it feel to be kind? That warm feeling? Oh yes, it is such a warm feeling. All need kindness and love. All yearn for it. All crave it. All need that feeling of belonging. Feeling cocooned by love is the best feeling one can give to oneself.

How Can We Do It?

In all your thoughts and actions, lead with your heart. Your heart never fails you – it is a centre of your intuition, the connector to your Spirit. Your heart’s intelligence is primary. Use it in liaison with and supported by your power of reasoning and intellect.

In regards to your emotions, for instance anger, you can transform intense emotion, subsiding it to a small feeling of discomfort, by using the power of the heart. See for yourself by calming your anger about something that is unavailable to you – send love and kindness from your heart toward the originator of the event that you felt was sprung upon you. Feel your love growing. Once your love reaches the object of your anger, feel the event dissipating. Allow yourself to feel relief and then anger can never be your companion. Use a similar approach with other negative emotions.

Allow Yourself to Observe and Examine Your Feelings

Be aware of your feelings. Examine them for what they are. When you come from your heart, you will modify your feelings. Anger or another negative emotion, is your inability to deal with a presented situation. Your anger is no more than a little bandage for your aching and hurt ego.

So be wise and allow yourself to observe and examine what you feel. Once you understand, you can let go. By applying this approach, you will not be drawn into arguments and fights, verbal or physical. That is the power of love. That is the power of a serene, aware person.

You Have a Seed of All in You

You can be like that any time. You can be like that, as you already have a seed of all in you. Become the director of your emotions and feelings. Then, taking it further, you will change you, and will consciously become the one you have always been – a being of light, living on the planet Earth.

You Are Energy

energyThis post was featured by the Wellness Universe, as an expansion for my quote: “You are energy. You have the undeniable power to elevate your life by your conscious behaviour – raise your energetic vibrations by the way you conduct yourself” at Helena’s Quote.

Everything is energy. Your thoughts, words, and acts are energy. The tone of your voice is energy. You, your body, and your feelings are energy. You can elevate your energetic vibrations by elevating your beliefs and thoughts and in how you speak and act.

Beautiful morning.
Blue sky. Green grass.
Happiness, joy.

Sensationalism. Apprehension.
Condemnation. Victimization.
What else? Thoughtlessness.

How did it feel? Did all words evoke the same feelings in you?

When you think, speak, and act,
use the words that are mindful,
that are simple and gentle.

That are full of warmth and don’t feel heavy.
That feel like the hues of bright light that are dewy,
dewy with the promise of a beautiful day.

Words, circumstances, and sights make you feel a certain way. Why? You are a receiver of their energy.

Should you avoid unpleasant events or situations? It is not as much about avoiding the external situations and influences as it is about taking care of your “internal ecosystem”. It is about being mindful of the level and quality of the energy you give off at all times.

Your energetic vibration attracts into your life a match for who and how you are. What circumstances and people do you attract to you? Raise your vibrations and see your reality change.

I AM My Own News

all seeing eye

A few days ago, the following message came through:
“Deeply engage in figuring out yourself.”

When I get up in the morning, the first thing I do is to turn the computer on. I claim it is to leisurely drink my first glass of water before breakfast, but I know I do it to sooth my computer addiction – checking my email, social media, and surfing the internet.  The question that has been on my mind lately is, how is this habit helping me to connect with Me? Beauty That Is an Illusion

9780987752116_FRONT

We live in illusion and the appearance of things. There is a reality; we are that reality. When you understand this, you see that you are nothing, and being nothing, you are everything. That is all.” – Kalu Rinpoche

Consciousness has no boundaries. We are consciousness, yet we feel separate. Separate from each other, separate from our environment, separate from the Source. The base of our feeling separate lies in the illusion of our ego-centerness, our forgetting our origins.

This illusion is so perfect,
it is a perfect illusion.
It is a perfect, perfect solution
for this world of ours.
For this world of beauty
of rivers, mountains and streams,
for this beauty that we sleep through
in our dreams. [Read more…]

Awaken!

Awaken! Spirit is Calling by Helena KalivodaToday, I received email that at first, surprised me. Then it made me think all the way back to the beginning of this year and after some time I realized that yes, I did send my book AWAKEN! Spirit Is Calling to a book competition early this year. Since only today I received review from the judge named Judge no. 25, it became obvious to me that I did not get a prize. However, I did like the review by the mysterious Judge no. 25:

“The writing conveys this author’s passion for understanding the ways of the spiritual life and, in following one of its basic tenets, generously shares her wisdom in the pages of this practical, well-organized book, displaying a real compassion for the human experience in times of grief. Ms. Kalivoda presents her observations in a way that should inspire in ways that can only benefit any reader willing to make the leap of faith and accept and follow her suggestions and the principles she conveys. The writing is clear and concise so as to be accessible to the experienced reader of such books also while remaining wholly accessible to newcomers.” [Read more…]
